Welcome to Reinvigorate Health! I know you are an amazing woman who is juggling a lot of things in her life right now. Trying to find a balance between your family, your work, and other responsibilities, and keep up with daily chores, to-dos, and exercise, can be super hard. Plus keeping your energy up and your health and emotions vibrant? Nearly impossible. For that reason I try to keep my posts short, informative, and give you links to video or audio that might be easier for you to connect with. Because of this, I may not always go into super deep detail on the reason or science behind what I’ve posted. I hope this information is helpful in your life, and easy to implement in small, manageable steps. A lot of it may seem basic, but as I see the same issues in my private practice day, after day, I know this basic information is not as simple as it seems.
